Systems integration and workflow automation.

Your team should not be the connection between every application. We help information move between systems, make handoffs explicit, and keep failed or unusual work from disappearing.

Start with the business process, not a commitment to replace your software or add AI.

Tell us where work gets stuck

Does your operation depend on copying, checking, and chasing?

The same information is entered twice

A customer request becomes a spreadsheet row, an email, and a record in another system. We identify the authoritative record and investigate supported APIs, connectors, or controlled imports.

Handoffs depend on someone remembering

A quote, service request, or follow-up waits in an inbox. We define ownership, status, approval, and escalation so your team can see what needs attention.

Automation works until something goes wrong

Duplicate events, invalid data, unavailable services, and partial updates need deliberate handling. We design validation, repeat-safe processing, and visible exception queues around the workflow.

An AI prototype cannot be trusted with real work

We assess the boundary between language interpretation and business rules. Calculations and record updates belong in testable tools; consequential actions need defined authorization and review.

Fix one important workflow first.

  1. Map the current process. Who does the work, where the information lives, and what happens when a handoff fails.
  2. Check the integration options. Existing product features, API access, vendor restrictions, licensing, data protection, and operating costs.
  3. Agree on a bounded improvement. Define the data contract, acceptance tests, exceptions, permissions, and what remains manual.
  4. Test and introduce it deliberately. Check ordinary and failure scenarios, plan rollback, and establish monitoring and support ownership.

Potential deliverables include a workflow map, integration design, implemented connector or automation, exception-handling process, and handoff notes. Scope and fees are agreed before paid work; savings depend on the actual baseline and results.

Common questions

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

Not necessarily. We first assess supported integration options and existing product features. Some systems have access or licensing constraints; we establish those before promising a connection.

Does every workflow need AI?

No. A connector, validation rule, scheduled job, or clearer process may solve the problem. AI is useful when interpretation is needed, not as a substitute for deterministic rules or access controls.

Can you assess something we already built?

Yes. We can review an existing integration or AI-built prototype for reliability, authorization, data handling, observability, and production readiness, then agree on targeted improvements.

How do we start?

Name the systems involved, describe one repeated task, and explain what a failed handoff costs your team in practical terms. No technical brief is required. Do not include credentials or confidential records.
